Regional Nursing Program Director - Clinical Education & Administration

We're seeking an experienced Nursing Program Director to oversee multiple campus locations and drive excellence in nursing education. This leadership role combines clinical expertise, educational administration, and strategic program development to shape the next generation of nursing professionals.

Position Overview

As Regional Nursing Program Director, you'll lead program development, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain educational partnerships across multiple campuses while supporting faculty and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• • Provide strategic leadership for nursing programs across multiple campus locations • Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures aligned with state and national standards • Establish and maintain clinical partnerships and educational agreements • Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation • Ensure compliance with BVNPT regulations and accreditation standards • Manage student admission processes and program outcomes • Lead program assessment and continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate with advisory committees and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• • Current, active RN license • Master's degree in Nursing or related field • Minimum 3 years RN experience • 2 years teaching experience in nursing education • Experience in nursing administration or education within last 5 years • Completed coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development • Strong leadership and communication skills
