Clinical Operations Manager - Home Health Services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Active nursing license or relevant clinical licensure
• Minimum 3 years of home health leadership experience
• Demonstrated OASIS expertise and QAPI program management
• Strong proficiency in EHR systems and healthcare technology
