We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our outstanding therapy team in Waverly, NY. This direct hire position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for both permanent and traveling therapists.
• Conduct skilled physical therapy treatments per physician orders
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient rehabilitation
• Participate in Care Planning meetings and represent the PT Director when needed
• Maintain accurate treatment records and manage supply requisitions
• Contribute to training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Supervise Physical Therapy Aides in Director's absence
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Valid New York State Physical Therapy license
• Two years of experience preferred (not required for new graduates)
• Interest in developing treatment programs for geriatric, subacute, and adult populations
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
