Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation (Full-Time)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various medical conditions in an inpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Provide education to patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor and guide support staff and PT assistants

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy license in New Mexico (or eligible for licensure)
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
