Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care/Cardiology Unit

Position Overview
As a Cardiac Telemetry RN, you'll work in a dynamic environment managing patients recovering from:
- Open heart surgeries
- Heart catheterizations with stent placements
- Cardiac ablation procedures
- Pacemaker and AICD implementations
- Complex cardiovascular surgeries
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing advanced cardiac monitoring systems
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions for critical cardiac patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ANA Standards of Practice
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification (required at hire)
- ACLS certification (required within 6 months)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
