Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Level I Trauma Center

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert emergency nursing care through patient triage, assessment, and treatment
• Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact license (FL license required within 60 days of relocation)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ED, ICU, or PCU)
• Paramedic experience highly valued
• Required certifications (timeframe from hire date):
  • BCLS (30 days)
  • ACLS (90 days)
  • PALS (90 days)
  • TNCC (6 months)
  • ENPC (6 months)
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (6 months)
