Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Hospital Setting

Join our growing healthcare team as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer where you'll utilize state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to provide essential diagnostic imaging services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound examinations for patients across all age groups
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including CR, DR, and PACS systems
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after procedures following departmental protocols
• Maintain detailed medical records and contribute to the PACS database
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in training programs for students and staff members
• Create and maintain a patient-centered, therapeutic environment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARRT registration and/or ARDMS certification in OB/GYN, Abdominal, or Neurosonography
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in diagnostic medical sonography
• Operating Room and/or Pediatric experience
• Multiple ARDMS specialty registries
