Provide safe and effective home hemodialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols.
Continuously monitor patient responses and make real-time adjustments to care plans.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments, medications, and patient progress.
Uphold rigorous infection control and safety standards in all home settings.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; dialysis experience strongly preferred.
At least 6 months of direct dialysis (home or in-center) experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
