Clinical Services Manager - Home Health

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise clinical teams delivering high-quality home health services
- Monitor and evaluate program quality, utilization, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and staff development initiatives
- Manage operational budgets and implement cost-control measures
- Analyze clinical outcomes data and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and CHAP regulations
- Oversee patient care coordination and referral management
- Monitor and enhance patient satisfaction metrics
- Resolve patient concerns and maintain service excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Current licensure as an RN, PT, or OT
- 3+ years of clinical experience in home health or related healthcare setting
- Valid CPR certification
- Current driver's license and auto insurance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and CHAP standards
