Director of Pediatric Nursing Services | Clinical Operations Leader

Position Overview

As Director of Pediatric Nursing Services, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our pediatric unit while ensuring exceptional patient care standards, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and daily operations for the pediatric nursing unit
• Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practice implementation

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required

• Current BCLS certification
