Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Level I Trauma Center

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care through expert patient assessment and triage
- Manage multiple high-acuity cases simultaneously with precision and efficiency
- Implement individualized care plans and interventions for optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment
- Provide comprehensive discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Participate in trauma team responses and emergency procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Current Florida RN license or multi-state compact license
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience (ED, ICU, or PCU)
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with commitment to BSN completion
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to obtain required certifications within specified timeframes:
- ACLS (90 days)
- PALS (90 days)
- TNCC (6 months)
- ENPC (6 months)
