Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise nursing program operations at our Workforce Development site
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
- Oversee clinical partnerships and educational program compliance
- Direct curriculum implementation and program quality assurance
- Coordinate with healthcare partners to ensure optimal clinical experiences
- Drive student success initiatives and NCLEX preparation programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance with BRN requirements and accreditation standards
- Manage program resources, budgets, and facilities
Required Qualifications:
- Current, valid California RN license
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Education, or Administration
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing education
- One year direct patient care experience as an RN
- Proven leadership and program management experience
- Strong proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Excellence in interpersonal communication and team collaboration
- Experience in academic program assessment and accreditation processes
