Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) - Full Time

Join our growing healthcare facility as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, where you'll be an integral part of our dynamic medical imaging team. As a valued member of our diagnostic services department, you'll utilize state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to provide critical diagnostic support for our diverse patient population.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound procedures across multiple specialties
• Generate and analyze high-quality diagnostic images following departmental protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Ensure equipment quality control and maintenance procedures
• Provide compassionate patient care while explaining procedures and answering questions
• Adapt examination techniques for patients of all ages and conditions

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification in at least one specialty required
• Additional RDMS certification aligned with ACR department accreditation
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• 2+ years of clinical diagnostic ultrasound experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
