Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive age-specific patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and implement interdisciplinary treatment plans while monitoring patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation in EPIC EMR
• Lead patient care initiatives through collaboration with healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Advocate for patients while providing education to patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain nursing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
