Key Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care services in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Manage complex medical cases and stabilize critical patients
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and care coordination

 

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree from accredited NP or PA program
• Active New Jersey NP/PA license or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA clinical experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Excellence in team collaboration and communication

 

Preferred Qualifications

• ATLS certification
• Previous Emergency Department experience
• Urban healthcare setting experience

 

Schedule Options

• Day Shift: 7AM - 7PM
• Mid Shift: 10AM - 10PM
• Night Shift: 5PM - 5AM
• 12 shifts per month flexibility

 

Compensation & Benefits
