Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT/NMTCB Certified) - Medical Imaging Specialist

Join our leading healthcare facility as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, where you'll perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using cutting-edge technology including PET/CT and SPECT imaging. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative medical environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex diagnostic imaging procedures for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric
  • Calculate and administer radiopharmaceutical doses with precision, following safety protocols
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment including scintillation cameras, PET/CT scanners, and gamma counters
  • Conduct quality control procedures and maintain detailed documentation of all procedures
  • Ensure radiation safety compliance and maintain proper documentation of radioactive materials
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care
  • Process and analyze diagnostic images using advanced computer systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine
  • Proficiency in SPECT, PET/CT, and cross-sectional anatomy
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
