Clinical Services Manager - Home Health

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Home Health team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership skills to oversee patient care services, quality management, and team development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about home healthcare and committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise clinical staff through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development
• Oversee patient care services, including care coordination, referral management, and individualized care plan development
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes data to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and CHAP regulations while maintaining quality standards
• Manage department budget and resource allocation
• Review and evaluate program effectiveness, utilization of services, and reimbursement criteria
• Address patient concerns and enhance overall patient satisfaction
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Current licensure as an RN, PT, or OT
• 3+ years of clinical experience in home health or related healthcare setting
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and CHAP standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems
