Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to maintain detailed patient documentation
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to safety protocols

• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
