Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in light phone call coverage (shared with other practices)
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree from accredited medical school
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current New York State medical license (or eligible)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
