We're seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Contracts to join our dynamic healthcare strategic sourcing team in Nashville, TN. This role combines expert negotiation skills, deep industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to drive value in our contracting processes.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers across various healthcare categories
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned portfolios
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
• Present strategies and results to executive-level boards and advisory committees
• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Mitigate contractual and business risks
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and new areas for contracting
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation, preferably in healthcare
• Proven track record in achieving results in similar roles
• Expert knowledge in at least one healthcare contracting discipline (e.g., nursing, surgery, capital)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Experience in Revenue Cycle and Treasury operations (REQUIRED)
