Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care | Full-Time Position

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive age-specific patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead interdisciplinary healthcare teams to implement and evaluate patient care strategies
• Deliver and document medications and treatments using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Coordinate patient care activities and serve as primary patient advocate
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
