Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT/CAR-T)

A leading healthcare institution seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our prestigious Transplant and Cellular Therapy program. In this vital role, you'll provide advanced pharmaceutical care while working alongside world-class oncology and transplant teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic
• Manage and coordinate anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medication therapies
• Provide expert pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations during multidisciplinary rounds
• Serve as a subject matter expert for BMT/Cellular Therapy teams
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and organizational collaboration
• Deliver patient and staff education on complex treatment protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
• Active Florida Pharmacy License
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
• Recent experience (within the last year) in acute hospital setting
• Demonstrated expertise in TCT, CAR-T, or BMT protocols
• Completed residency in oncology or related specialty
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
