Position Overview

As Clinical Field Staff Supervisor (CFSS), you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating home health services, supporting field clinicians, and maintaining quality care standards. This position offers a blend of clinical leadership, staff development, and patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical field staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate patient care services and manage clinical documentation
• Review and approve interim orders and maintain medication profiles
• Process referrals and assign Licensed Professionals for evaluation visits
• Participate in case conferences and manage recertification decisions
• Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Serve as liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and staff

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license issued by NYS Department of Education
• Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience with 1+ year in home health
• Strong knowledge of CHHA regulations and OASIS documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $105,000
