Core Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Perform patient screening and safety assessments for MRI procedures
• Administer contrast media following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in Cerner EMR system
• Conduct quality assurance testing and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with National Patient Safety goals and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Monitor and maintain MRI suite safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (MR) certification
• Valid Kentucky State Radiation License
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of MRI physics and safety protocols
• Experience with Siemens MRI systems
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
