Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Operating Room Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Execute precise scrub duties across diverse surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique
• Anticipate surgical team needs by expertly managing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Facilitate seamless communication between surgical team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain and organize sterile field throughout surgical procedures
• Assist in room turnover and preparation of the operating room environment
• Participate in surgical counts and documentation procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• 2+ years of surgical technologist experience strongly preferred
• Acute care experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
• BCLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterilization procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
