Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive age-specific patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver and document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and accuracy
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS certification (CPR)
• ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
