Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABA Therapy Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and therapy teams
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
• Manage authorization processes and maintain documentation compliance
• Drive program development and quality assurance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Outstanding clinical leadership and team communication abilities
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
