Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric ASD Specialist

Join a leading autism therapy provider dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We're seeking an experienced BCBA to lead our clinical team in Dearborn, Michigan, delivering exceptional behavioral intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress through data-driven decision making
  • Maintain compliance with insurance requirements and clinical documentation standards
  • Deliver parent training and support services

Required Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years post-certification clinical experience with autism spectrum disorders
  • Expertise in ABA methodologies and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
