Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Pediatric ABA Therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
  • Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians and clinical staff
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive intervention programs

  • Maintain clinical documentation and insurance authorization requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual skills preferred (additional compensation available)
