Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Autism Therapy Services

As a Senior BCBA, you'll lead evidence-based interventions while mentoring fellow clinicians in our supportive, family-centered organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Manage documentation and reporting for insurance authorizations
- Maintain required billable hours while executing supervisory duties
Required Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Superior clinical judgment and professional communication skills
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder treatment protocols
