Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Autism Therapy Services

As a Senior BCBA, you'll lead evidence-based interventions while mentoring fellow clinicians in our supportive, family-centered organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Manage documentation and reporting for insurance authorizations
• Maintain required billable hours while executing supervisory duties

Required Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Superior clinical judgment and professional communication skills
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder treatment protocols
