Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Autism Therapy Specialist

Join our leading behavioral health organization in Dearborn, MI, as we seek an experienced BCBA to provide life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance authorization requirements
  • Provide parent training and support in ABA methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual abilities preferred (additional compensation available)
