Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Autism Therapy Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans and behavioral support strategies
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, educators, and healthcare providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance authorization requirements
- Provide parent training and support in ABA methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual abilities preferred (additional compensation available)
