Clinical Nurse Manager - Labor & Delivery/Women's Services

Join our award-winning healthcare team in beautiful Ketchum, Idaho, as we seek an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Labor & Delivery/Women's Services department. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical expertise and leadership opportunity in our intimate, state-of-the-art birthing center.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a 6-bed LDRP unit
• Balance administrative duties with hands-on patient care as needed
• Ensure excellence in patient care and safety standards
• Support and mentor nursing staff in delivering quality maternal care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practices
• Manage unit operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with 3+ years L&D/Women's Services experience
• BSN required
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and clinical expertise
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives
• NRP and ACLS certifications
