Surgical Technologist (OR Tech) - Multiple Specialties

Join one of Spokane's premier healthcare facilities as a Surgical Technologist where you'll play a vital role in our state-of-the-art operating rooms. We're seeking experienced OR Techs to support multiple surgical specialties including General, GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, and more.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently pass instruments during procedures
• Prepare and manage case carts and surgical equipment
• Assist with room turnover to maintain optimal OR efficiency
• Collaborate with circulating RNs and surgical team members
• Support various surgical specialties including General, GYN, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Plastics, and ENT

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year hospital-based surgical technology experience
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
