Clinical Overnight Pharmacist - Level I (Night Shift)

Position Overview
As a Clinical Staff I Pharmacist on our midnight shift, you'll be an integral part of our overnight pharmacy operations, delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care across multiple specialized areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage central pharmacy operations during overnight hours
- Provide specialized services in our admixture center and cardiovascular tower satellite pharmacy
- Conduct pharmacokinetic consultations
- Participate in emergency code response
- Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare providers and nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
- PharmD from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
- Current Virginia pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellence in communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
- Hospital pharmacy experience
- Prior experience with clinical pharmacy services
