Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans to optimize outcomes
- Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor and document patient conditions while ensuring accurate medical records

Qualifications:
- Active Washington State RN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

- Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
