Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) - Intimate Care Setting

Join our close-knit Labor and Delivery team where you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to expectant mothers in a supportive, family-centered environment. With an exceptional 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, you'll have the opportunity to deliver the highest quality care during life's most precious moments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor fetal and maternal well-being throughout the birthing process
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in cesarean deliveries and emergency situations
• Provide patient education and emotional support to families
• Document care using electronic medical records

Qualifications:

• Current RN license or pending licensure
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• New graduates welcome - will consider all experience levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
