Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our 50-bed Emergency Department located just 13 miles south of Atlanta. This role offers the perfect blend of professional growth and work-life balance with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care and treatment during night shifts
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams
• Supervise and coordinate with nursing staff and specialists
• Maintain accurate medical records using Meditech EMR
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• ABEM/ABOEM board certification or eligibility
• Active Georgia medical license or eligible for licensure
• Current DEA registration without restrictions
• Valid ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical experience in Emergency Medicine
