Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties
  • Participate in cases including general surgery, cardiac, urology, orthopedics, and obstetrics
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Optional participation in specialized procedures (arterial lines, spinals)
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in specific areas of interest

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
  • Current or eligible for South Carolina state licensure
  • New graduates welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $197,000 - $280,000
  • $30,000 retention bonus over three years
  • $14,000 flexible benefits allowance
  • 4% profit sharing after first year
  • 6 weeks PTO to start
  • $5,000 relocation assistance
