Emergency Medicine Physician - Level II Trauma Center | $285/hr

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center
• Manage diverse patient populations with varying acuity levels
• Lead trauma resuscitations and critical care interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Utilize Meditech EHR for patient documentation
• Supervise and work alongside mid-level providers

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience
• FM/IM with extensive emergency experience (3+ years, 250 case logs) considered
• Active ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Eligible for North Dakota Medical License
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts with flexible rotation options
• Coverage: 24-hour physician coverage with mid-level support
