Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Participate in light phone call coverage, shared with other health system practices
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts
Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active New York state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
- Experience with electronic health record systems
