Senior Nuclear Medicine & PET/CT Technologist

Join a leading healthcare facility in Syracuse, NY, as a Nuclear Medicine & PET/CT Technologist. This full-time role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a modern outpatient setting with state-of-the-art hybrid imaging equipment, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using hybrid PET/CT and SPECT/CT systems
• Calculate, prepare, and administer radioactive isotopes according to established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while providing clear examination instructions
• Verify and validate physician orders and patient identification
• Conduct and document all required quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Stay current with continuing education requirements and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Current CNMT or ARRT(N) certification
• Valid New York State DOH Nuclear Medicine License
• Current CPR certification
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT) certification
• Previous experience with PET/CT imaging (training provided for qualified candidates)
