Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) - Patient Care Unit

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive and progressive environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead patient care coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Mentor and support nursing support staff

Required Qualifications:

• Active Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
