About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technology Clinical Lab Instructor to join our faculty in Tucson, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the next generation of surgical technologists by delivering hands-on training in a supportive and professional learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct engaging clinical lab sessions for surgical technology students.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Mentor and support students, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical technology and integrate them into instruction.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree (in any field).
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Minimum 36 months of experience working in an Operating Room (OR).
  • Leadership experience does not count unless it involved direct teaching.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a nationally recognized and accredited credentialing agency (NCCT or BTSA).
