Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Transplant & Cellular Therapy (BMT/CAR-T)

A leading healthcare institution is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our prestigious Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) program. Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic and BMT program
• Lead medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating therapies
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds providing expert pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the BMT/Cellular Therapy team and pharmacy department
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and organizational collaborations
• Deliver patient and staff education on complex treatment protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
• Active Florida Pharmacy License
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)
• Recent experience (within the last year) in acute hospital pharmacy
• Demonstrated expertise in TCT, CAR-T therapy, or BMT protocols
• Completed residency in oncology or related specialty
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
