Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans

- Document patient progress and maintain detailed clinical records

Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
