Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) - Full Time

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities including digital radiography (DR), computed radiography (CR), and PACS systems
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after procedures following departmental protocols
• Administer IV contrast media and perform related procedures according to established safety guidelines
• Ensure radiation safety protocols while delivering optimal image quality
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in electronic health records
• Participate in staff and student training programs
• Create a compassionate and welcoming environment for patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT certification or registry-eligible status
• Valid American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection principles and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to assist in patient positioning and transport

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in diagnostic radiography
• Experience with digital imaging systems and PACS
• Additional modality certifications
