Assistant Director of Facility Management - Healthcare

• Oversee maintenance scheduling, work order management, and preventative maintenance using CMMS systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, including Environment of Care and Life Safety Code
• Coordinate construction and renovation projects while maintaining operational continuity
• Implement energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable facility management practices
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare facility management experience, including supervisory role
• Proven experience with healthcare-specific systems (HVAC, medical gas, electrical)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS)
• Excellent project management and budget oversight capabilities
• Superior communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CHFM, CHC, or CHE certification
• Experience with healthcare construction and renovation projects
• Knowledge of emergency management protocols
• Proficiency in facility management software and CMMS systems
