Position Overview

As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you'll perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations while providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound procedures across multiple specialties including OB/GYN, abdominal, and neurosonography
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including CR, DR, and PACS systems
• Perform patient assessments before, during, and after procedures following departmental protocols
• Document and maintain accurate technical observations and patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Mentor and train students and staff members
• Ensure optimal patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Current ARDMS registration in OB/GYN, Abdominal, or Neurosonography
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience in diagnostic medical sonography
• Multiple ARDMS specialty registrations
• Experience with various ultrasound equipment and PACS systems
