Senior Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced radiographic equipment, including CR, DR, and PACS systems
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after procedures in accordance with departmental protocols
• Administer IV contrast media and perform urinary catheterizations as required
• Ensure radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles are consistently followed
• Mentor and train students and junior staff members in radiologic procedures
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in electronic health systems
• Create a compassionate and safe environment for patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT registration or registry eligible status
• Active American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment
• Experience with digital imaging systems and PACS preferred
