Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Paramedic - Advanced Life Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team. As a front-line healthcare provider, you will deliver critical pre-hospital care and emergency medical services to patients in both acute and non-acute situations. Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced life support care and emergency medical interventions in pre-hospital and transport settings
• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate treatment protocols for trauma, cardiac events, and medical emergencies
• Administer medications, establish IV lines, and perform advanced medical procedures including intubation and defibrillation
• Operate emergency vehicles safely while responding to 911 calls
• Maintain detailed patient care records and complete necessary documentation
• Collaborate effectively with emergency room staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure emergency vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with EMS protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Current State Paramedic License and National Registry Paramedic Certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Current certifications in:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course)
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Services or related field
• 1+ years of paramedic experience
• PALS, PHTLS, and NRP certifications
• Hazmat Awareness certification
